📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 5 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Notification: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the carrier name and tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse.

 

2. Delivery Timelines & Tracking

Transit Times:

Hong Kong: 3-7 business days

International: 7-20 business days (varies by destination)

Tracking: Use the tracking number in your shipment email to monitor delivery status via the carrier’s website.

 

3. Failed Deliveries

Returns due to:
❌ Incorrect/incomplete address
❌ Recipient unreachable >7 days
❌ Customs clearance failure
We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or refund.

 

4. Policy Updates
